Part of the Finnish State Art Deposit Collection, Tommi Mäkelä’s Filmstrip (orig. Raina, 1998) is sited at the Teacher Training School in Rauma. The installation artwork consists of blue, green, yellow, and black wall-mounted glass discs that extend over two floors.
Mäkelä (b. 1954) studied at the Free Art School in the early 1970s. His works have been displayed in both Finnish and international solo and group exhibitions.
